Rimrocks – Take a hike or a drive to the Rimrocks! This hike/drive can be found just up the road from the camp. Take a left from the campground drive way on Rimrock Carter Rd. and in about a mile prepare yourself for these beautiful scenic views.
Medicine Rocks State Park – Located approximately 11 miles (18 km) north of Ekalaka on Highway 7. The park contains hiking trails and scenic geology consisting of sandstone pillars, 60 to 80 feet and numerous examples of Native American rock art. It is still considered a sacred holy place by Plains Indians.
Carter County Museum – Montana’s first county museum is located on 306 N. main street in Ekalaka. The museum contains a vast history of Ekalaka and notable dinosaur exhibits. http://cartercountymuseum.org/
